Ok, NaNoWriMo, lasts a month, and many contesting, we are women so it occurs to me to share a couple of home remedies that can help us feel better both physically and emotionally
# 1: Pour two sprigs of cinnamon 1 cup water and bring to a boil. Remove from heat when it starts to boil and let stand 5 minutes. Sweeten to taste. Immediately drink hot (no cold drinks later), trust me this is great.
# 2: Boil a handful of chickpeas in half liter of water for 7 minutes. Take 1 cup of water every half an hour these chickpeas until no feel pain or menstrual cramps. This tried it once it tasted awful but worked
# 3: Fill with sea salt, a bag of cotton cloth and heated in an oven. Lying in the fetal position (side with knees bent upwards) and apply the bag in the area of the ovaries, cover with several towels and left in place until cool.
# 4: Cut 60 g raspberry leaves, place in a large cup and cover with 500 ml of boiling water. Let stand for a few moments and strain. Take a lukewarm cup as soon menstrual cramps feel.
# 5: Wash and chop a piece of fresh ginger and marinate in a cup of warm milk. Drinking, still hot, a glass of this preparation as soon as you feel pain or colic (also milk with cinnamon works)
# 6: Give heat in the feet with a good pair of socks, even in summer. This is a remedy of Chinese medicine that considers the feet are some extremities directly related to the uterus and therefore to eliminate this type of pain heat application in this area is required
Well this is something that occurred to me to share I hope it's helpful
oh my mom always told me you have to eating solid foods, so that pastilles colic, take effect
